Bachelorette & Bachelor Parties

Here are some pictures from Beth & Ryan’s parties celebrating their last days of being single!   Beth’s party was held at BGB Studio and Ryan’s was down the street at Bowling Green Pipe and Cigar.   Brie Golliher from BGB Studio was our photographer for the evening for both events.   The beautiful cake and  favors were provided by Imagine Cakes & Candies and the gorgeous linens were from Connie Duglin Linen.

February 13th 2010 – Beth & Ryan Stanesu

Wow, what an amazing weekend!! I can’t wait to be able to post some pictures to show everyone what a fantastic time was had, and how beautiful everything looked, especially the bride. The first thing that Ryan said when he saw Beth was “Is that really my girl?” Makes tears come to my eyes again just typing that.

Almost here …

Beth & Ryan’s wedding is here on Saturday.   Thank you to everyone who has continued to vote through our planning process and all the encouraging words.   We began in November and time sure has flown.   In three and a half months we have planned an amazing event and when I say we I mean we.   This would not have been possible without all the help from everyone involved from the custom wedding garter to the limo transportation.   Please visit our Dream Team’s page and check them all out.   They are truly the best of the best.

Reason for starting or continuing to do what you do … Working with great women, all ages, and from all walks of life, from Brides, to Breast Cancer Survivors to Women in Transition because of divorce or health issues – bringing out the best in them and showing them how beautiful they are.

Favorite wedding memory … Jamaica in a Gazebo on the beach surrounded by friends and family, in formal wedding attire, but next to the nude beach!  My mother, who was there w/o my father, was a bit distracted!!  LOL

Favorite cake flavor … Chocolate

Julianne Smith is the owner of Wedding Garters, they are donating a personal styled wedding garter and toss garter for Beth.

Reason for starting or continuing to do what you do … I made my first stylish wedding garter for a friend who couldn’t find a garter to match her personality.

Interesting fact about you or your company … Before I started designing stylish wedding garters, I worked in politics and PR in Washington, D.C.

Favorite wedding memory … From my wedding? I’d probably say the entire thing. It was the best weekend of my life and if I had to do it over again I wouldn’t change a thing!

Favorite cake flavor … I haven’t met a piece of cake that I didn’t like!

Thing you have enjoyed so far or are looking forward to about Beth & Ryan’s wedding … I love seeing all the different wedding vendors pull their talents and come together to make such a beautiful day for a great couple.

Reason for starting or continuing to do what you do … Purchased the store from a very good friend of mine and I really just wanted to get into business for myself

Favorite wedding memory … I reached over to my Best Man for the 2 rings and he gave me Brenda’s ring but not mine.  I then looked back at him as if to say what about my ring.  He then checked all of his pockets as did the next groomsmen and so on until the groomsmen on the end “discovered” the ring in his shoe.  Laughter ensued.

Favorite cake flavor … I’m pretty basic but just plain white (not yellow)

Thing you have enjoyed the most so far or are most looking forward to about Beth & Ryan’s wedding It will be something not many people will be able to forget…not your average wedding for sure considering how it has all come about.
